Return Policy

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If a client is not satisfied with an order, Sunny Days DVD will attempt to re-do the order to make any necessary changes. Quality of photographs and video used in the DVD is only guaranteed to be as close as possible to the original source quality. We cannot offer refunds for completed projects.

Damage Liability

Sunny Days DVD is not responsible for any damage to your materials incurred during shipping. Please be sure to package your materials properly and use a shipping service with a tracking system.

Copyright Liability

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that they are in compliance with copyright law and have permission to use all photographs and videos supplied to Sunny Days DVD for the project. Sunny Days DVD is not responsible for verifying this information and is hereby released of any liability.

Music Usage

All music used in our productions must be owned by the client. If the client does not own the song(s) used, Sunny Days DVD will purchase the song on behalf of the client. Any expense incurred to purchase the song must be paid by the client and will be included in the estimate and invoice for the project. In accordance with copyright law and fair use doctrine, clients may only show productions to family and friends. Any productions using copyrighted music may not be posted to YouTube or any other public forum. Please read You Tube's Copyright Tips for more details.

Content Policy

We reserve the right to refuse orders that include any inappropriate or questionable content.

DVD Compatibility

Sunny Days DVD uses the common DVD-R format. This format is compatible with approximately 95% of all existing DVD players. Please verify that your DVD player supports DVD-R. We are not responsible for incompatibility issues.

Privacy Policy

Sunny Days DVD guarantees that we will never distribute customer contact information in any form for any reason. Client contact information is available for use by Sunny Days DVD only with customer permission.
