Step One: Initial Consultation

After reviewing our services and movie ideas, consider what you would like Sunny Days DVD to do for you. Then contact us to set up your free initial consultation. We can do this over the phone or over email using our questionnaire. During this initial consultation, we will find out exactly what you want done and work out any details. Remember, everything is customized for you and we will provide step-by-step help. After the consultation, we will send you a detailed estimate for the cost of your project.

Step Two: Send Sunny Days DVD the photos and videos

Depending on the type of photos and videos you want to use, we will work out with you the best way to get them to Sunny Days DVD. Please see the FAQs for details on our many options. We will contact you to let you know when we have received everything we need.

Step Three: Production

We will let you know when we begin production on your project. If any questions or decisions come up that weren't covered in the initial consultation, we will contact you.

Step Four: Payment and Delivery

When production of your project is completed, we will contact you. We must receive full payment before your project can be delivered to you. We accept personal checks or major credit cards. After receiving your final project, you have one week to request any changes and one month to request any additional copies.
